The second of three in the Women's Health/Gender-Related Advanced Practice Nursing series, this course focuses on management of complex alterations in sexual and reproductive health, while accounting for individual differences. Special attention is given to health disparities associated with gender, race/ethnicity and socioeconomic status. Theoretical, evidence-based and cost effective clinical approaches to the management of medically complex women's health and gender-specific primary care disorders are emphasized.
