The Residential Leadership Seminar will accompany the BC F1RST, Fr. Rutilio Grande, S.J., Intercultural Experience, Kostka Women's Experience, and Shaw Leadership Program Residential Seminars. Upper-class students will act as Teaching Assistants (TAs) to the faculty members and first-year residents. The TAs will participate in a preparatory workshop and regularly scheduled meetings to integrate the knowledge gained from their intellectual pursuits and synthesize it with their personal and ethical growth through this academic and co-curricular journey.
