This course is organized to understand cross-disciplinary research investigating complex issues surrounding diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace and organizations. Familiarity with research in the domain of diversity, equity, and inclusion in workplaces and organizations provides a basis for understanding not only why progress has been made, but also why challenges persist in a globalized workplace and economy.
