This course will only be offered during the summer session. Students will acquire fundamental organic separation and purification techniques. Reactions that are studied in class will be performed in the laboratory. Compounds are analyzed using a variety of methods including spectroscopy. Pre-requisite: Students who take this course should have passed an Organic Chemistry Lab I course similar to CHEM2013.
