This course examines concepts, principles, and techniques for formulating, implementing, and evaluating operations strategy. It links strategic and tactical operational decisions to creation of a competitive advantage. Topics include operations strategy content and process, service operations, capacity and facilities strategy, supply chain management, process design and technology choice, and quality and productivity improvement.
