What makes change agents effective? This course addresses this question with a focus on change leadership tools and approaches. This course helps prepare students to diagnose and implement successful change both when they are in charge and when they must work through others. Students will also understand the driving forces that organizations and consultants face in managing change and the challenges in responding to those forces. This course is designed to educate the students on the realities of change management in the workforce, provide practical application of change management strategies
