The Residential Leadership Seminar will accompany the Kostka Womens Experiences Residential Seminar (RS). Upper-class students will act as Teaching Assistants (TAs) to the faculty member and first-year residents. The TAs will participate in a preparatory workshop and monthly meetings to integrate the knowledge gained from their intellectual pursuits and synthesize it with their personal and ethical growth through this academic and co-curricular journey.
