In this clinical course, students advise and represent low-income clients in eviction matters in Housing Court under close, supportive supervision. Clinic participants are court-certified as Student Attorneys. Their practice is based at the Boston College Legal Services LAB, a law firm that is part of BC Law's Center for Experiential Learning. Supervision will consist of weekly supervision meetings and additional meetings on an as-needed basis to prepare for, attend, and debrief events.
