Elective This advanced skills course will build on the foundation of the first year diversity course. Drawing from research in social work, business, psychology, and other interdisciplinary fields of practice students will have an opportunity to increase their leadership skillsets. Anticipated outcomes will be to give MSW student's meaningful skillsets in facilitating difficult dialogue, identifying and managing conflict, analyzing and assessing team dynamics, and coaching diverse teams to success.
