This clinical course focuses on the application of knowledge and implementation of professional nursing practice in caring for individuals with psychiatric illness and mental health needs. The primary focus is promoting mental health and wellness across the lifespan in a variety of settings. Through interprofessional collaboration, students implement evidenced-based practice to provide high quality, safe, cost-sensitive care.
