Restrictions. The course is restricted to APSY majors who are Juniors and Seniors and have completed at least 12 APSY credit hours prior to the semester of Applied Psychology Practicum (APSY2152) enrollment.The course provides an introduction to the applications of psychological theory within various human and community service contexts. Readings and discussions contribute to critical analyses of how social issues and social problems are situated differently across gender, race, social class, and diversities of language, ability, sexuality, etc. Students volunteer for approximately 8-12 hours
