Elective This course builds on the introduction to trauma theory and practice of SCWK8874 Adult Trauma and SCWK8822 Child and Adolescent Trauma to provide students with an advanced understanding of trauma theory and development of specific skills for clinical practice. The course is designed to utilize a deepened level of trauma theory to understanding the mechanismsof change of selected modalities and differential application of these mechanisms in clinical practice.
